Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Purpose:

  • Provides financial support in the Purchase to Pay processes for the APJ TD SYNNEX's front and back office organizations.
  • Duties include:
  • Collection, validation and posting of Invoices and Credit Memos during the Purchase to Pay (PTP) processes.
  • Reconciliations of Good Received (GR) & Invoice Received (IR).
  • Reconciliations of Vendor accounts, requesting and validating missing documents.
  • Claim credit notes to solve queries during the PTP process.
  • Month / Quarter End Close activities: reconciliations, document posting, resolving accounts discrepancies.
  • Tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) daily.
  • Vendor master data maintenance.
  • Interacting with finance and purchasing departments of APJ subsidiaries.
  • Testing system enhancements.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure validation and posting of documents from TD SYNNEX Vendors.
  • Fulfill SLAs & KPIs with European subsidiaries.
  • Control and reconcile debt to vendors
  • Report Vendor accounts status to subsidiaries.
  • Resolve disputes during PTP processes between TD SYNNEX and vendors.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Service oriented and managing customer expectations.
  • Good verbal & written skills in English. Additional Asian languages are a plus
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Flexible, organized person in dynamic environment
  • Excellent team player internationally
  • Good analytical skills
  • Result driven
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Willing to learn, grow in a multinational company
  • 2-3 years experience in shared services
  • Advanced user in Excel
  • Basic finance and accounting principles
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Over 1 year work experience in sales, marketing or finance department a plus.

  • Normal professional, office environment
  • Monday to Friday timetable
