Job Scope / Responsibilities:

  • Lead and monitor staff on responsible departments.
  • Coordinate updates and modifications of all departments' progress and performance including KPI's and Daily/monthly report of department.
  • Motivate, train, coach, and lead the team as to ensure effective operation procedures and meeting the company's KPIs.
  • Responsible on monitor and checking stoke take result by storekeeper.
  • Organize meeting for each of the department (weekly / monthly).
  • Ensure that procedures, work instructions and housekeeping are carried out diligently
  • Responsible in stock take (raw material) on responsible departments.
  • Keep track and renew company's transportation vehicles license, and also help booking for vehicles service and maintenance.
  • Perform any other duties/assignments as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years and above of working experience in related field.
  • Required Language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (able to speak in Mandarin is an advantage)
  • Adaptability to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good in communication skills, Problem solving and Decision-making skills.
