Office Coordinator

- Location: M.M.B. Marketing Company Sdn. Bhd. (Kuching, Sarawak), Batu 5 jalan Penrissen_
Job Scope / Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor staff on responsible departments.
- Coordinate updates and modifications of all departments' progress and performance including KPI's and Daily/monthly report of department.
- Motivate, train, coach, and lead the team as to ensure effective operation procedures and meeting the company's KPIs.
- Responsible on monitor and checking stoke take result by storekeeper.
- Organize meeting for each of the department (weekly / monthly).
- Ensure that procedures, work instructions and housekeeping are carried out diligently
- Responsible in stock take (raw material) on responsible departments.
- Keep track and renew company's transportation vehicles license, and also help booking for vehicles service and maintenance.
- Perform any other duties/assignments as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years and above of working experience in related field.
- Required Language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (able to speak in Mandarin is an advantage)
- Adaptability to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good in communication skills, Problem solving and Decision-making skills.
