Responsibility

  • Responsible for ingredients levels and perform weekly stock assessments based on demand from retail outlets.
  • Responsible for accurately received storage, retrieval, and distribution of goods on a timely basis.
  • Monitor purchasing activities
  • Maintain updated purchasing records and pricing in the system
  • Prepare monthly reports (summary report, variance report and etc.) then submit to related department and monitor company's holding stock
  • To match and verify supplier's invoices / delivery orders against submission of all invoices then ensure timely submission of all invoices / delivery orders to related department
  • Maintain a detailed inventory list of all incoming, outgoing and current supplies
  • Review purchase order claims and contract for conformance to company policy
  • Identify defective or damaged supplies and work out a solution with the supplier
  • Build and develop good relationships with key suppliers to improve stock availability and delivery consistency.
  • Sourcing materials, goods, products and services and negotiating the best or most cost effective contacts and deals
  • Any other duties assigned by the Management as and when deemed necessary
