Responsibilities:

  • Complete the administrative work of the factory and provide backend services for the production department.
  • Coordinate with factory regarding the raw material or product inventory and assist factory to place orders or order the required items from procurement department.
  • Key in the orders into the system which includes Invoice, Purchase Order, Sales Order, etc.
  • Assist production department to key in Stock Assembly.
  • Provide inventory and sales analysis to superior
  • Identify issues that could impact sales, production or services and create solutions to resolve issues immediately
  • In charge of production claim and petty cash.
  • Assist production department to order fresh fruits, utensils, equipment, etc.
  • Record hostel monthly report
  • Prepare and update required forms monthly
  • Ensure the cleanliness of factory and in charge of cleaning schedule
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required

Requirements:

  • Full Time Position available
  • Minimum at least SPM, Diploma, or similar level of education in related field.
  • Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • At least 1 year of working experience.
  • Able to work independently, able to meet timeline and perform well under pressure.
  • Meticulous, professional attitude and willing to learn.
  • Must be analytical, strong interpersonal skills, and good problemsolving skill.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,800.00 per month
