Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct presentations and sales pitches to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the [specific industry] sector.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of market research and competitive analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Malaysian citizenship or valid work permit.

Additional Information:

  • Travel within Malaysia and occasional international travel may be required.
  • Valid driver's license is preferred.

In addition, based on current set-up & scope, for certain bigger projects, HRSB has been proven to be able to deploy manpower of up to 300 staff of multi-discipline crews for its plant maintenance, turnaround and EPCC projects.

Over the years, we have grown from being a provider of mechanical and scaffolding services into a well diversified entity where in 2013, hence HRSB was awarded a 10 year long term Turnaround contract by Petronas Chemical Group Berhad (PCGB).
