Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing full sets accounts
- manage all accounts payable (AP) related activities, prepare and process daily supplies invoice and payment transaction.

  • Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations statement
  • Handling daily receipt processing function
  • Handling daily data entry using SQL accounting system.
  • To handle other adhoc tasks and duties as when assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to start immediately.
  • Full LCCI higher, Diploma in accounting or equivalent
  • Able to handle full sets accounts with knowledge in SQL accounting software.
  • At lease 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft excel, words and PowerPoint.
  • Required language (s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

Job Types:

Salary:
RM2,400 - RM2,800 per month

  • Monday to Friday

  • Diploma in accounting
