Support Staff (General Admin):

  • Job Location: Ipoh, Perak

JOB SCOPE:

  • Manage Insurance quotation and Insurance claim documentation tasks (Uniyelee Insurance).
  • Handle daily office tasks and clerical duties assigned by superiors in both roles.
  • Consistently follow up to ensure the timely processing of documents.
  • Provide essential administrative support, including filing, copying, distribution, scanning, and printing.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of office operations in both organizations.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Possess 01 year or more of working experience in an administrative role.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, attention to detail, high responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay languages.
