KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Support Head of HR and Administration Section for HR Management Strategy, Planning, and Overall HR Performance effectiveness
  • Develop and ensure infrastructure of human resources policy, processes, and systems to support Asset business operations
  • Consolidate manpower for Malaysia Asset and ensure nationalization strategy and compliance with local requirements
  • Execute succession plan, competency development system, and training to meet business requirements
  • Handle labor issues, employee grievance, establish communication tools for employee motivation
  • Leverage employee engagement, initiate improvement plans
  • Execute human resources activities in compliance with policies and regulations
  • Ensure the readiness and efficiency of HR Information System (HRIS)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Support MR Manager for HR strategy, WPB and Asset HR Management effectiveness
  • Provide advice on human resources management best practices
  • Responsible for all HR Strategy and Planning work

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Obtain approval/process improvement for various HR aspects
  • Responsible for Asset HR Policy, Manpower Planning, Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits, etc.

JOB END RESULTS:
  • Ensure quality and reliability of Section's HR Management Effectiveness
  • Forecast trends within HR contributing to continuous development
  • Troubleshoot problems or escalate to HR management
  • Provide high-quality advice and business solutions

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Years' experience in HR with outstanding achievement record
  • Wide exposure to HR practices in oil and gas industry
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Competencies in building HR partnership, interpersonal skills, influencing, change leadership, adaptability, business acumen
