Responsibilities:

  • Assist passengers with booking, reservation changes, ticket inquiries, and flight-related information.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Handle complaints and concerns with empathy, aiming to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to address complex customer issues and provide seamless service.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of CS Airlines' services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Utilize the company's CRM system to document customer interactions, updates, and resolutions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to customers, contributing to revenue generation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and airline regulations to provide the most up-to-date information to customers.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airlines, booking or reservation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations with patience and tact.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Pay:
RM3, RM3,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
