**1) Pengurusan Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran**:

- Menyusun dan memberikan pengajaran berkualiti dalam matematik kepada pelajar darjah 4, 5, dan 6.
- Menggunakan kaedah pengajaran yang sesuai dengan keperluan individu pelajar untuk membantu mereka mencapai kejayaan akademik.
- Menilai kemampuan pelajar secara berkala dan memberikan maklum balas yang konstruktif.
- Terlibat dalam pembangunan dan penyesuaian kurikulum berdasarkan keperluan pelajar dan perubahan dalam bidang pendidikan matematik.
- Menangani urusan pentadbiran sehari-hari seperti pengurusan jadual pengajaran, pengurusan data pelajar, dan rekod prestasi pelajar.

**2) Interaksi dengan Pelajar dan Ibubapa**:

- Berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan pelajar dan ibubapa untuk menyampaikan kemajuan akademik serta memberikan pandangan tentang perkembangan pelajar.
- Menyelenggarakan pertemuan ibubapa-guru dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan komuniti pelajar.

**3) Pembangunan Kemahiran Jualan dan Pemasaran**:

- Mempelajari dan memahami keperluan pasaran serta calon pelanggan untuk kelas tambahan matematik.
- Mengembangkan kemahiran jualan untuk menarik pelajar baru dan mempertahankan pelanggan sedia ada.
- Merancang dan melaksanakan strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kesedaran dan daya tarikan kursus matematik.
- Menggunakan pelbagai platform media social atau cara lain untuk mempromosikan perkhidmatan kelas tambahan matematik.

**4) Pelayanan Pelanggan**:

- Menyediakan pelayanan pelanggan yang baik untuk menjaga hubungan positif dengan pelajar dan ibubapa.
- Menangani pertanyaan, masalah, dan maklumbalas dengan profesionalisme.

**5) Kerjasama dengan Pihak Luar**:

- Menjalin kerjasama dengan sekolah-sekolah, pusat-pusat pendidikan, atau komuniti setempat untuk mempromosikan kursus matematik.
- Menyertai acara-acara pendidikan atau pameran untuk memperluas jangkauan dan meningkatkan kehadiran kursus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend jobs
