Responsibilities:

Operational Coordination:


  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans.
  • Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and manage workflow to meet deadlines and quality standards.

2.

Process Improvement:


  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to inform decisionmaking.

3.

Resource Management:


  • Assist in managing the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and supplies.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels and timely procurement of necessary resources.
  • Support budget preparation and cost management initiatives.

4.

Team Support and Development:


  • Provide support to operational staff and ensure they have the necessary resources and training.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assist in performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

5.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:


  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of service or product delivery.
  • Implement corrective actions to address any operational issues.

6.

Reporting and Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate records of operational activities and performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of operational documentation and reports for management.

7.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales, finance, HR, and IT to support overall business objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments.

Requirements:

  • SPM, STPM or Diploma in related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in operation, warehouse or related field.
  • Dedicated team player with strong job commitment.
  • Possess initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel).
  • Able to work independently and as a team.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written).

Pay:
RM3, RM4,800.00 per month
