Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative tasks related to storage operations.
  • Manage documentation, including edocs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare shipping documents and perform related administrative tasks.
  • Keep track of storage inventory.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Oversee material handling activities within the company's store.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures within the office and storage.
  • Report and address any safety concerns promptly.
  • Perform any other general duties assigned by superiors to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Collaborate with storage storekeepers to ensure accurate inventory levels.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification SPM/Diploma with related experience
  • Proven experience in warehouse administration or logistics.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
