  • Strategically plan and manage feedback to external parties regarding any issue related to the Organization that can bring positive or negative impact to the Organization.
  • Act as a coordinator in the implementation of the media plan regarding publicity and promotion for the Department's programs and activities through mass media platforms and new media for the purpose of delivering information on the Organization's work.
  • Planning public relations and media management activities to increase the network of strategic collaboration with the media.
