Role and Responsibilities

  • Responding to support tickets and providing L1 Support to endusers
  • Maintain configuration set by consultants across all markets
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Prepare reports
  • Data Management tasks
  • Implementing changes to crystal report layouts
  • Maintain knowledgebase
  • Delivering training to endusers across the globe
  • Proactively identify and assess risk and escalate to line manager as required
  • Evaluate issues and escalate to other teams where appropriate

Key skills and responsibilities for this role include
- excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities,
- presenting regular updates to the UK line manager (Global Finance System Lead Support),
- embracing a dynamic work environment, utilizing initiative, adhering to ERP best practices,
- developing positive relationships with a wide variety of end-users and colleagues,
- being a team player, and having flexibility with working hours

Experience

  • Experience with SAP Business One/Netsuite or similar ERP minimum 1 year
  • Experience in a support/helpdesk environment (nonessential)

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • University or college degree

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • SQL Server Database

3rd Party Add-ons such as:

  • Boyum
  • Develop reports using SQL, Sharperlight and/or Crystal Reports

Knowledge of SAP Business One Add-Ons such as:

  • EFM Format Definition
  • DTW
  • Payment
  • Intercompany

Pay:
RM4, RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
