Responsibilities:

  • To guide and educate employees on the procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • To direct employees request to the correct channel / party / reference point
  • To create answer guide / template for FAQs
  • To compile frequents queries creating chatbox
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communications
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right method/tools
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
  • Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content
  • Able to make recommendations to improve processes and service delivery

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in any related field with at least 1 year of helpdesk experience or customer service. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Must be able to speak and write in English and BM fluently. Adverse in other languages are advantage.
  • Customer driven and positive attitude.
  • Has the ability to multi task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Has the ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to conduct research widely, absorb and retain information quickly
  • Must be able to work and be based at The Ascent Petaling Jaya
