Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain General Partner (Director) schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • To prepare letters, reports, and other documents for signature when required
  • Take minutes of meetings and ensure close followup on all outstanding tasks after meetings.
  • Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • To liaise with internal and external parties on all company and personal matters.
  • To assist with personal errands/assignments for the General Partner (Director) as and when required.
  • To assist in any other task/assignments assigned by the General Partner (Director) from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, and Bahasa.
  • Previous work experience as an Admin Assistant or administration in related fields is an added advantage.
  • A detailoriented person with excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Computer literate, and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Available immediately.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens

Environmental Condition:

  • Regular office hours 8.30 am5.30 pm (1hour lunch break)
  • Flexibility to work outside normal working hours and weekends.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings etc.
  • Might need to travel to the Philippines occasionally
  • Might need to serve two (2) time zones (Philippines & Zurich)
