Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining project & site office files & equipment, including job files, report files, and other files related to the site requirements.
  • Performing data entry, scanning records and paperwork and ensuring the required materials are delivered to worksite.
  • Assist the Project team with handling document submission for project—material submission, project general submission (transmittal, etc.)
  • Maintain filing & updating of project documents & files in the server and make sure all documents that the team has submitted are wellrecorded in the server.
  • Assist engineers with O&M document compilation.
  • Purchasing, ordering, recording, and maintaining stocks of site supplies & equipment as per requirement (smock, jumpsuit, safety helmet, safety jacket, stationeries, files, etc.)
  • To assist general workers with the client's site registration for all matters related to their work permit including safety permit.
  • To compute and handle all the matters pertaining to general workers' accommodation, wages, and claim.
  • To complete and followup all tasks assigned by engineers and superior closely until the end; ensure that every task given reaches to a conclusion.
  • To provide support to the team and work cohesively in an organised manner.
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed as per assigned by engineers & superior.

Qualifications:

  • Handson experience with Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel and strong data entry skills.
  • High level of integrity & meticulousness.
  • Strong organization & communication skills.
  • Independent, initiative and detailedoriented to avoid mistakes.
  • Proactive attitude.

Education:

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in construction industry & M&E engineeringfield.

Other Requirements

  • Physical Requirements: Possess own transport with valid driving license.
  • Work Arrangement: A lot of time spent on site.
  • Travel: Must be willing to travel & always on standby.

Work arrangements
Monday to Friday (9AM-6PM)

Saturday (Half day)

But depends on site needs as well.

Travelling Requirements
50% throughout Malaysia, depending on project.
