Responsibilities:

  • Incharge of daily shipment coordination including the incoming and outgoing.
Ensure all daily schedule are proper planned.

  • Monthly/Weekly report preparation and update.
Liaise with Purchase/Sales/Raw Material Sorting/Store/Production to ensure

the smoothly arrangement of the logistic

  • Mainly doing export booking and operation with documentation part
Prepare document (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading,

insurance and etc.) and liaise with forwarding agent

Job requirement:

  • Able to multitask and work independently.
  • Proficiency in using computer.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Active person, able to carry out task requiring walking around
or call
