Administrative Clerk

Job Responsibilities:
2) Process invoices, quotations, arrange and handle for vehicle inspections with Puspakom, liaise with PIC on payment (accounts receivable), manage day to day accounts payable
3) Record vehicle & customer details when vehicle enters
4) Assist in inventory management & monthly stock count
5) Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Basic knowledge of the automotive industry
Basic literacy of computers and Microsoft office required
At least 2 years working experience preferred
Experience in the automotive repair industry is preferred
Customer oriented and able to work together in a team
Salary:
RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
