We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Front of House Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences every day_

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Inspire: Motivate and manage the front of house team to ensure high standards of service and a positive work environment.

Customer Focus: Greet and engage with customers, ensuring their needs are met and they have a memorable experience.

Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
-
Quality Control: Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and organization of the cafe at all times.
-
Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
-
Training and Development: Train new staff and provide ongoing support and coaching to the team.
-
Sales and Promotions: Assist in implementing sales strategies and promotions to boost revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A passion for customer service and creating a welcoming environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types:

Pay:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
