- Memastikan penghasilan video / konten mengikut jadual dan tempoh masa yang ditetapkan iaitu satu hari sebelum.
- Memastikan penggunaan gambar yang sesuai bagi posting.
- Mengemaskini dan membangunkan konten melalui (tips, artikel, video, quote dan lain-lain).
- Membuat kemaskini di profil Insta / FB / Tiktok / Website dan media sosial yang lain.
- Membalas komen-komen dan pertanyaan pelanggan di media sosial samada di posting ataupun di mesej secara terus (DM).
- Menyediakan maklum balas daripada pelanggan di media sosial dan memberikan input penambahbaikan kepada ketua jabatan atau majikan.
- Menyediakan laporan daripada marketing content dan iklan/kempen yang dijalankan secara mingguan,bulanan atau tahunan.
- Merekod dan menganalisa data media sosial secara mingguan, bulanan atau tahunan.
- Bertanggungjawab ke atas pelbagai alat pemasaran untuk tugas yang diberikan, seperti atas talian (ATL), bawah talian (BTL), pemasaran digital & dll.
- Memastikan tugas-tugas berkaitan dengan Jabatan Pemasaran dilaksanakan dengan lengkap dan baik.

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
