Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with Mandarinspeaking customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with Mandarinspeaking customers.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to convey information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Immediate availability to start within two weeks.
