Job Scope:

Operations Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining a safe and organized environment.

Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff members. This includes delegating tasks, providing feedback, and handling disciplinary actions when necessary.

Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service standards are upheld, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.

Inventory and Supply Management: Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders for supplies, and managing stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.

Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, maintaining high standards of food quality and consistency, and conducting regular inspections.

Financial Management: Monitoring expenses, managing budgets, and maximizing profitability through cost-control measures and revenue-generating initiatives.

Marketing and Promotions: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers, increase sales, and promote the restaurant's brand.

Menu Development: Collaborating with chefs or corporate offices to create and update menus, incorporating customer preferences and industry trends.

Community Engagement: Building relationships with the local community through participation in events, sponsorships, and other outreach activities.

Performance Analysis: Analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and other metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall performance.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 3 months

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 56 per week
