Requirements:
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
OR Mandarin - At least
2 Years of experience in HR Roles, including Supervisory or managerial experience - Required Skill(s): Analytical Skills, Industry Knowledge, Leadership & Management, Problem-Solving, Ethical & Confidentiality, Strategic Thinking, Adaptability & Flexibility, Interpersonal Skills, Negotiation & Communication Skills, Knowledge of Employment Laws and Regulations.
- Develop and implement Human Resources policies and procedures, managing all aspects of HR administration.
- Establish recruitment processes to ensure a sufficient workforce, including job advertisement, sourcing, and interviewing.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new departmental staff.
- Enforce disciplinary actions and terminations in line with company policy.
- Maintain the organizational structure by updating job requirements and descriptions for all positions.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements by overseeing the registration of new hires (both local and foreign) with relevant authorities.
- Supervise employee welfare and benefits, including provision of hostel accommodation.
- Coordinate and manage staff events such as annual luncheons/dinners and teambuilding activities.
- Handle monthly payroll processing and banking tasks, including remuneration distribution and statutory contributions.
- Manage annual/monthly company and employee income tax submissions, as well as Forme/CP 8D submissions to the tax authorities.
- Prepare various government reports and forms as required.
- Generate monthly reports on manpower cost projections, overtime, work duration, and attendance analysis.
- Maintain staff profiles and personal information through data entry into the SQL payroll system.
- Monitor employee probation periods and provide evaluations to Heads of Departments.
- Process and approve medical claims.
- Administer merit bonuses, annual evaluations, incentives, and commissions.
- Draft official letters.
- Manage uniform inventory.
- Coordinate with agents for foreign workers' Visa renewals and recruitment with appropriate permits.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, recommend best practices, and review policies and procedures.
