MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES (Human Resources Business Partner - HRBP)

Job Purpose:

  • Work closely with the team and line managers, providing first class support and guidance across all elements of the HR spectrum;
  • Ensure all HR activities, policies, programs and procedures comply with the employment act and align to the business goals;

Responsibilities:

  • Identify the department's objectives and goals for the HR Teams and align to the business goals;
  • Track progress of how a team and a strategy to target the HR objectives are performing;
  • Provide guidance, advice and overseeing the HRBP team and HR services team's daily HR activities that covers and not limited to Recruitment, Learning & Development, Industrial Relations, Safety & Health, HRIS, Reward & Compensation, Employee Engagement and CSR activities and Payroll;
  • Analyse HR statistics and metrics like employee performance, turnover, retention and cost per hire rate;
  • Research, develop and implement HR policies and organisational strategies that boost and improve the work environment for employees;
  • Works on the development and implementation of employee benefits and compensation plans;
  • Analyse the performance metrics of a recruitment drive and provide insights and suggestions to improve the HR.
  • Maintain the law and assure that the processes comply with the federal and state laws.
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied and updated consistently.
  • Incorporation of Governance Risk & Opportunities into the daily business, operation and decisionmaking processes.
  • To ensure that the conduct of the business and operations including activities, products and services are in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations as well as our internal policies and procedures.
  • Responsible to oversee the HR Department's participation in various management meetings.
  • Involve in any adhoc HR projects or reporting when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Human Resources / Psychology / Social Science or equivalent with minimum 8 years of working experience;
  • Competent in Human Resource Management, employment related laws & regulations.
  • Knowledge in Human Resource Management System, Talent Acquisition tools, Payroll Management;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent mentorship and leadership skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
  • Strong analytical skills and problemsolving skills;
  • Must possess and able to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality;
  • Able to work independently with little supervision and also as a team;
  • Willing to travel for work.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM7, RM10,000.00 per month
