Job Overview:

Performing basic clerical duties such as handling fillings, office administration, reordering supplies and day to day related accounting operations.

Job Descriptions:

  • Provide administrative support and assistance to Accounts and Human Resources department.
  • To support general administrative tasks at plantations
  • Handle documentation, data entry and organize filing systems effectively.
  • Adhoc administrative jobs as assigned from time to time.
  • Responsible for various financial transactions such as petty cash report, expenditures and others.
  • Ensures that all accounting information is keyed into the financial systems correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all related supply such as stationery, photocopier paper, letter head and etc, etc always with stock available.

Requirements:

  • SPM/STPM or equivalent.
  • More than 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Familiar with the accounting and HR system
  • Able to work long working hours
  • Able to stay at the plantations quarters
