Job Overview:
Performing basic clerical duties such as handling fillings, office administration, reordering supplies and day to day related accounting operations.
Job Descriptions:
- Provide administrative support and assistance to Accounts and Human Resources department.
- To support general administrative tasks at plantations
- Handle documentation, data entry and organize filing systems effectively.
- Adhoc administrative jobs as assigned from time to time.
- Responsible for various financial transactions such as petty cash report, expenditures and others.
- Ensures that all accounting information is keyed into the financial systems correctly and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all related supply such as stationery, photocopier paper, letter head and etc, etc always with stock available.
Requirements:
- SPM/STPM or equivalent.
- More than 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Familiar with the accounting and HR system
- Able to work long working hours
- Able to stay at the plantations quarters
Expected Start Date: 01/15/2024
