Responsibilities

  • Provide administration support to maintain a smooth running of the office
  • Attending to all incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Attending to internal or external correspondences / documents and distribute them accordingly
  • Attending to guests / visitors
  • Filing and maintaining of documents
  • To perform dictation /drafting /typing of letters
  • Performing Bahasa/English translation and vice versa
  • Photocopy machine maintenance call and follow up
  • To set up zoom ID for meetings
  • Responsible to source, analyze and negotiation with suppliers and vendors
  • Preparing of quotation comparison, recommendations of Management's approval
  • Raising of PRF (Purchase of Requisition Form and Payment Requisition Form)
  • Monitoring goods delivered
  • Monitoring invoices and execution of payment for suppliers
  • To be responsible of all monthly bills according to due dates
  • Preparing staff meeting, board meeting refreshments
  • Monitoring cleaners duties and responsibilities
  • Renewal of annual membership
  • Other duties as and when directed

Qualification

  • Degree ,Diploma in business administration, facility management or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in operations or administration.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask.

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
