Company Background

Responsibilities:

  • To lead a team of 2 Juniors
  • Attend to visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Respond to all requests in a courteous, professional manner at all times
  • Control guests/vendors access to residential floors through appropriate registration
  • Assist on booking of on site facilities (ie: function room, meeting room)
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Provide directions for parks, restaurants, airports, etc
  • Ensure all areas are well maintained in a professional and clean manner during shift
  • Follow all safety and security policies, programs and procedures
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks as and when required
  • Reports to Building Manager on all operation matters concerning the Front Desk/Concierge department

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any fields
  • Min 23 years of experience in customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills in English and
    Japanese language
    (certified with either JLPT Level N1 / N2 /):

  • Must be willing on weekends and Public Holiday

Job Details:

  • Working location : KL City Centre (Accessible by Public Transport)
  • Working days : 5 days/week
  • Working hours : 8am 5pm
