Responsibilities:

  • To record payment details and prepare necessary reports.
  • To book flight and accommodation whenever necessary.
  • To manage internet subscription and termination with relevant vendor whenever necessary including justification of package and price comparison.
  • To assist in clearing of abandoned shipment whenever necessary.
  • To manage company assets and stock supplies (drinking water, pantry supplies, toiletries and etc).
  • To manage contracts and agreements including preparation of NDA and request for agreement review whenever necessary.
  • To be the office coordinator and handle incoming letters and cleaner's attendance.
  • To do other tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Possesses at least a Diploma in any field.
  • At least 2 years experiences in Admin role.
  • Able to write and communicate in English.
  • Has basic knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
