Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Finance and Accounting Function specifically in Account Payable & Account Receivable
  • Responsible to perform all accounts transaction & data entry into accounting systems
  • Process & execute payment (online or manual) to vendors, term loan, hire purchase, utilities etc in timely manner.
  • Ensuring payments, amount and records are correct and accurate
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation
  • Assist in cash flow planning
  • Update fixed assets Invoices filing and record
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports as per group reporting requirements
  • Update & maintain balance sheet schedule
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of reporting
  • Update, maintain & compliance to any procedure within the Company / Group
  • Assist in audit and tax preparation
Requirement

  • 1 year experience & fresh graduate may get considered
  • Who can start immediately

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs
Expected Start Date: 05/01/2024
