Role Overview:


We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our esteemed finance team in the role of Finance Administrator.

This pivotal position entails the meticulous management of financial records, precise transaction processing, and unwavering commitment to compliance. It is imperative to note that the designated working days for this position are from Wednesday to Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, encompassing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
  • Diligently record and reconcile financial data to uphold the integrity of our financial systems.
  • Maintain impeccably organized and uptodate financial records.
  • Generate comprehensive reports for meticulous analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Ensure stringent adherence to company policies and pertinent financial regulations.
  • Collaborate in the meticulous preparation of documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with crossfunctional team members to address financial inquiries and provide comprehensive support.
  • Clearly articulate financial processes to internal stakeholders.
  • Commit to a designated work schedule from Wednesday to Sunday, facilitating the smooth operation of the finance department.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in finance or accounting roles.
  • Exhibit proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Exhibit a keen attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy.
  • Showcase exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software.
  • Display articulate and effective communication skills.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members and other departments.
  • Showcase flexibility in adhering to a Wednesday to Sunday work schedule.
