Support the Construction Site Staff with administrative duties, frame walk-throughs and site documentation

  • Prepare and maintain communications and documentation with Construction Subtrades
  • Timely placement of orders to maintain inventory of required site materials
  • Order and maintain stationery & pantry item supplies
  • Monitoring progress and reporting to construction managers, architects and clients
  • Keeping detailed records of work
  • Verifying payment claims.
  • Manage cleaning/ Hygiene supplies ensuring facilities are appropriately stocked for personnel.
  • Checking for site staffs' attendance
  • Any adhoc assigned by superior
  • Willing to work at Alam Perdana (Puncak Alam)

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
