Client Details

Our client is a strong player in the industry, and is currently seeking for like-minded individuals who is driven, willing to learn and able to have an independent mind to grow and expand their career horizons.

Description

  • Monitoring business performance and escalating key issues to senior management
  • Acting as the main coordinator between local management and regional Heads of Departments (HODs)/Managers
  • Addressing issues raised by country managers by providing solutions, consulting with regional HODs/Managers, or escalating to senior management
  • Conducting necessary research and analysis to aid decision making
  • Following up with relevant parties to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives and pilot projects, and monitoring their outcomes
  • Performing any other tasks required to successfully develop new businesses in these countries

Additionally, providing ad-hoc assistance to senior management as needed, which may include:

  • Incorporating companies in new countries, considering local shareholding and tax regulations
  • Reviewing existing corporate structures to meet investment objectives
  • Liaising with external advisors and third-party service providers when necessary

Profile

  • Degree in Finance and Accounting
  • Professional qualification will be added advantage (CPA/ACCA/CIMA etc)
  • Willing to learn, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience
  • Storng analytical and problem-solving skills with some business acumen
  • A can-do attitude in learning and development
