Prepared to adhere to the employer's requirements, which may occasionally entail working evenings or weekends to accommodate special events or urgent tasks.

Willing to travel overseas frequently.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, provide timely reminders of upcoming commitments and deadlines.
Efficiently manage and filter emails, responding to or forwarding them as required.
Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries, encompassing flights, accommodation, transportation, and necessary visas.
Manage expenses and maintain meticulous financial records.
Answer and thoughtfully screen phone calls, ensuring comprehensive message-taking when required.
Research information, gather data, and prepare summaries or briefs.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Assist in resolving day-to-day issues and challenges that may arise.
Contribute to the planning and execution of both personal and professional events with meticulous attention to detail.
Any other duties/tasks as may be assigned by the Director and when needed.
