Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any stream

Experience:
2+ Years' working experience

Language:
Fluent in English & Hindi

Desired Skills:

  1. ITSM and certified ITIL knowledge (foundation or higher)
  2. Experience in ServiceNow implementation, including in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow's functionality, database structure, developer APIs, development tools, and techniques
  3. Responsible for design and configuration of ITSM and other solutions within ServiceNow while driving the overall implementation through to go-live
  4. Provide first-class customer service to IT internal and external customers, communicating requirements to HO for development and deliveries to customers
  5. Lead client workshops to review and capture business requirements and convert them into technical requirements
  6. Work closely with Business Analysts to develop the agreed solutions
  7. Prepare training and documentation for the provided solutions to IT internal tool users as well as IT customers
