Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

We are currently looking for a talented and seasoned HR Business Partner to take charge of our human resources functions. This position calls for a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in HR management, with a solid background in payroll processing, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, workforce management, corporate development, culture shaping, and office management.

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Ensure precise and prompt handling of the company's payroll. Stay updated on payroll-related regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and best practices.
  • Compensation and Benefit Design: Create and execute innovative strategies for compensation and benefits to attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and drive productivity. Foster transparent communication and address employee issues effectively.
  • Workforce Management: Supervise recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Manage staffing levels efficiently to meet business requirements within budget limits.
  • Corporate Development: Engage in strategic planning and development with the leadership team to enhance overall business performance and expansion.
  • Culture Shaping: Cultivate a positive, diverse, and vibrant company culture. Introduce programs that uphold the company's values and cultivate a collaborative work atmosphere.
  • Office Management: Take charge of general office administration, including facility upkeep and maintenance. Ensure effective operations and cost-efficiency.
  • Non-Trade Purchases: Supervise procurement processes for non-trade items, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a human resources management role.
  • Profound knowledge of Malaysian employment law and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated expertise in payroll management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and critical thinking skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS systems.
