Key Responsibilities: 1.

Sales/Business Development Administration Support:

  • Assist the business development team with daily sales operations.
  • Collect information/documents from client, prepare statuary forms and service agreements, perform due diligence checks, process sales orders and invoices.
  • Track and manage sales data using CRM software.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure timely collection of payment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and customer interactions.
  • Generate regular sales reports for management review, if required.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales/business development team with internal departments.
  • Facilitate communication within the sales/business development team to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new sales/business development team members.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role within professional services preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Corporate Secretarial settings.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
