  • Knowledge of demand planning processes, forecasting methodologies, and relevant applications (o9, OMP, SAP APO, BY/JDA, SAP IBP, etc.).

  • Application Support:
    • Offer expert-level support for Demand Planning Systems like OMP, SAP APO, and other relevant applications.
    • Collaborate with end-users and technical teams to promptly resolve complex system issues.
  • System Enhancement and Optimization:
    • Engage with business stakeholders to understand demand planning requirements and contribute to system enhancement and optimization.
    • Participate in testing and validating system upgrades and new releases.
  • User Training:
    • Design and deliver training programs for end-users on efficient Demand Planning Systems usage.
    • Provide continuous support to ensure user proficiency and adoption.
  • Integration Management:
    • Collaborate with IT integration teams to ensure seamless integration between Demand Planning Systems and other enterprise systems.
    • Manage data flows and interfaces to optimize information exchange.
    • Incident and Change Management
  • Collaboration with Supply Chain Teams:
    • Work closely with Supply Chain teams to align IT solutions with demand planning and forecasting needs.
    • Participate in regular meetings for feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Data Governance:
    • Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within Demand Planning Systems.
    • Implement and enforce data management best practices.
