Your key responsibilities include:
  • Lead and manage the User Adoption and Growth team to align their efforts with business objectives.
  • Engage with customers and key stakeholders to align goals, prioritize objectives, and facilitate decision making.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance product performance and drive user adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence function to develop relevant metrics, dashboards and analytical frameworks to drive user growth and customer success.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers, ensuring that customer feedback is incorporated into product improvements.
  • Analyze user behavior data to identify trends and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of issues in our products, services, and processes to propose enhancements to drive user growth and customer success.
  • Design and plan campaigns and events to boost product and service visibility, promote user awareness and drive user adoption.
  • Manage external vendors to execute our planned strategies.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management and customers.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Role is preferred to be based in Brunei; otherwise, frequent travel to Brunei is expected.
What do you need for this role? Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Product Management or relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, product operations, product growth or customer success roles, preferably in the consumer internet sector.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving business growth through data-driven insights and customer success initiatives.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
