Job Description Are you a data-driven leader passionate about making travel experiences seamless and driving conversions? We're seeking a highly motivated Principal Product Manager to champion Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) for the AirAsia MOVE app.

This is a critical role where you'll collaborate closely with data science, engineering, and various stakeholders to identify key conversion opportunities throughout the user journey. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating user insights and business goals into a winning product vision, strategy, and roadmap that maximizes user satisfaction and drives significant business growth. Responsibilities: Be the CRO champion, leading the charge in identifying and implementing strategies to optimize the travel booking experience and maximize conversions across all touchpoints.

Partner with data science and user research teams to gain deep insights into user behavior and identify conversion roadblocks within the travel superapp. Foster a culture of experimentation and A/B testing to continuously improve conversion rates for booking flights, hotels, activities, and other travel services. Develop and maintain a data-driven product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that lead to significant conversion uplift for the travel superapp.

Translate user insights and business goals into clear product requirements for engineering and design teams, ensuring a seamless travel booking experience. Champion best practices in CRO across the organization, influencing and educating partner teams on user behavior and conversion optimization strategies. Support technical leaders by ensuring the right stakeholders are involved in discussions and advocate for technical excellence, effective team practices, and best engineering practices.

Requirements: 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of driving conversion growth in the travel or e-commerce industry. Analytical problem-solver with a passion for using data to identify and solve conversion challenges specific to the travel user journey. Experience in A/B testing methodologies and a strong understanding of CRO best practices.

Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working alongside talented product, design, and engineering teams. Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders to define a clear strategy, prioritized roadmap, and execution plan for CRO initiatives. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain focus on big-picture conversion goals for the travel superapp.
