  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Review, execute, and enforce HR Policies, SOPs, and Employee Contracts
  • Advise senior management on human resources-related legal risks and opportunities
  • Provide analytics and forecasting related to talent management, compensation planning, and benefits
  • Partner with senior management to identify and address key HR challenges and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Oversee all aspects of the recruitment and selection process
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal and management system
  • Develop and implement proper employee onboarding and training programs
  • Develop and oversee an effective succession planning process
  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and market research
  • Administer payroll and other employee benefits programs
  • Develop and maintain positive employee relations
  • Nurture a positive, diverse, inclusive, and engaging work culture
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Oversee the work of the HR administrative team
  • Review and confirm all payrolls are accurate
  • Implement and maintain HR information systems
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Represent the company at external meetings and conferences
  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Travel periodically to visit other company locationsRequirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role
  • Experience managing HR functions for multiple companies preferred
  • Strong relationships with the Labour and Immigration Department
  • Proven track record of success in implementing HR strategies and programs
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Able to conduct in-house orientation and training seminars
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in HR software and technology
