- Handle all customer inquiries/complaints in specific language markets via live chat, social media and other communication tools.
- Build good relationships with new and old customers via phone/chat tools
- Handle product-related inquiries, complaints or any product-related issues via email or online in accordance with company guidelines.
- Understand customer problems and provide the most appropriate solutions.
Job Requirements:
- College degree or above, fluent in Chinese and English
- Able to withstand greater work pressure, have good communication and understanding skills, work meticulously, and have professionalism
- Strong adaptability and calm response to emergencies
- Willing to work in the Philippines
- The company will provide 6 months of operational training [if you have no experience]
- Flight Ticket provided
- Provide meals, accommodation and transport, includes allowance
- 2-4 person per hostel, with air-cond, washing machine, fridge etc included
- KPI Bonus
