Job Responsibilities:

  • Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction.
  • Manage and implement smooth warehouse operations system through computerized system (ERP).
  • Oversee warehouse security through review of physical security measures and continuous monitoring, and recommend modifications on the program/daily tasks.
  • Shipment booking and liaise with internal and external departments.
  • Assist in incoming and outgoing containers.
  • Work closely with appointed forwarder and shipping agent for accurate and preferred destinations.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate at diploma level or above in Shipping logistics field or have a strong background in manufacturing processes.
  • Minimum 3 years in Food Safety (Plastic Manufacturing).
  • Knowledge and experience in ISO 13485 is an added advantage.
