Vendor Management :
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate price, and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliersMonitor supplier performance to ensure on-time deliveries, quality standards, and cost-effectiveness

Purchase Order Management:
Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Track and update the status of purchase orders, keeping stakeholders informed of delivery schedulesWork with various departments to understand their procurement needs and prioritize requests.

Collaborating with internal departments HR , Technician, Marketing) to ensure that material received according to the Purchase Order Inventory Control:
Update Delivery Order for incoming materials in the system and record item quantity on stock card when necessaryPerform stock count activity for incoming material/packaging and update stock system

Min. 1 years of experience in purchasingRequired Language(s): English , Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Able to speak & write English will be an added advantageKnowledge of Autocourt will be an added advantageRequired Skill(s): Excel & Word, PowerpointTeam Player with strong organizational skills and communication skills a mustAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Capacity to prioritize and work on multiple projects.
