Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To develop, oversee and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across entire sales pillar, encompassing multiple segments and channels
  • To lead and mentor sales team to optimize performance and exceed sales objectives, ensuring alignment and coordination across all sales functions
  • To identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on untapped potential, leveraging insights to develop targeted sales initiatives
  • To establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, customers and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts
  • To collaborate closely with marcom and other relevant department to align sales efforts with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and synergy across departments
  • To analyze sales data and market insights to identify areas for improvement and optimization during continuous improvement in sales processes and strategies
  • To achieve financial objectives by preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions
  • To directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing / management / Business Administration / Mass Communications / Advertising / Media or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven record of success in driving revenue growth
  • Sales experience within the exhibition industry will be added advantage
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate sales team, fostering a culture if excellence and accountability
  • Possess multi-tasking skills and work independently with minimum supervision
  • Possess of effective time management skills, with strong organization and prioritization abilities
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to continually improve performance
  • Ability to work productively in a team environment
  • May require to travel outstation when needed
