  1. To draft, implement & evaluate quality assurance standards.
  2. Plan, conduct and monitor inspection of materials and products to ensure finished products quality.
  3. Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
  4. Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
  5. Handle all customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
  6. Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
  7. Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Food Science/Technology or equivalent (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  2. Experience with implementation of quality inspection, auditing & corrective action programs will be an added advantage.
  3. Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA will be an added advantage.
  4. Applicant with working experience in the related field is preferred.
  5. Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
