Minimum Requirements
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's.
  2. Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  3. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent.
  4. At least minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  5. Good communication and sales skills & presentation skills.
  6. Customer oriented, positive attitude & able to multi-task.
  7. Excellent follow-up and organization skills.
  8. Business development experience in manufacturing and development.
Responsibilities
  1. Update and communicate the status of new product development.
  2. Process orders for timely production.
  3. Plan delivery schedule and update the status of delivery.
  4. Obtain customers feedback on pricing, quality and services.
  5. Handle and arrange the transportation and forwarding issue related to customer.
  6. Ensure the job performed comply with the company QMS, EMS, legal and others requirements.
  7. To support Sales and Marketing KPI and to meet company and departmental goals.
  8. To support the new projects and assist in company's business sales development.
  9. To become the lead of the new inquiries or project and follow up the project until project kick off.
  10. Responsible to document customers' needs and communicate and liaise with all the concerned departmental heads and ensure customer requirements are understood and can be fulfilled.
  11. To handle customer inquiries and consult with the concerned department promptly and effectively.
  12. To liaise with purchasing/planning section on the inventory and product production planning status.
