Provide professional services to customers proactively, enthusiastically, satisfactory, and thoughtfully with a polite and timely manner.Response to customer enquiries on time including checking of customers' salary information, account transactions, payments, withdrawal status etc.Provide services in assisting customers to dealing with their financial status including debt clearance, bank services etc. when required.
