About the Role
As a Customer Success Consultant, drive success by servicing and retaining customers. Map customer journeys, address pain points, and track usage. Develop thought leadership programs to measure success with NPS, AED, net POS, retention, and account growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Mapping out customer journeys and addressing pain points with effective solutions
- Tracking customers' usage and building relevant programs to induce higher usage
- Driving thought leadership programs, training, and focus groups to better engage customers
- Leading a cross-functional team in delivering customer-focused servicing
- Developing end-to-end customer journey and success programs
- Providing insightful data analysis and strategic recommendations
- Conducting training sessions to induce more customers' usage
- Driving customer development initiatives and programs to better engage customers and build LN brand
**Requirements**:
- Obtained a legal education and/or knowledge at the Bachelor's level.
- Able to efficiently oversee intricate procedures and creatively craft for a long time.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
- Effective probing skills to comprehend customers' pain points.
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and reporting tools
