Project manage and support the publication of the annual ESG reportRegular tracking, reporting and analysis of sustainability efforts to support public disclosures and updates to the Management and Board of DirectorsConduct research and gather insights across Southeast Asia to refine our reporting and programs, focusing on landscape and regulatory updates as well as industry trendsPrepare presentation materials and reports to support decision-making and align stakeholdersCollaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and execution of sustainability projectsAssist with administrative tasks, including process documentation, budget tracking, and process improvement initiativesRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Environmental Studies/Management/Science, Communications, Humanities, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of work experience in project/program management and/or ESG reporting experience in a corporate settingIntermediate-level Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word / Google Suites userFamiliarity with ESG reporting standards as well as data analytics experience are good-to-havesHighly organized, with exceptional project and time management skillsA team player who enjoys collaborating with different teams and stakeholdersA strong communicator who is also analytical and data-drivenA self-starter with high adaptability who can perform in a dynamic, fast-pace and ever-changing environmentLocation: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
